Pizzeria New York in Pickerington

The pizza is good. IF you can get it and they actually listen. Called tonight at 6:11, placed a simple order. Told 1-1:15 for delivery. 1:45 later, no pizza. I called and they said it left 5 minutes ago. 20 minutes later, i call again. They messed up and lied. Finally get my pizza and pepperoni rolls, but the sauce for the rolls is missing and the well done pizza I ordered is waiting for my oven to heat up so it’s not raw dough. Save the trouble and get Domino’s. At least they can get the order correct!

Best New York style pizza in the Columbus area! We are former New Yorkers transplanted to Columbus and have found it near impossible to find good pizza here. Every place we've tried claiming to have NY pizza, always disappoints - except for this place. The pizza is excellent and definitely a taste of home!

I love the pizza, but ordered pizza to delivered tonight and it never arrived. I tried calling multiple times around 9:45 but no answer. I will be calling tomorrow to see if I can be refunded.

We like their Stromboli but their speed could use a little work. We were quoted 45 minutes to an hour" for delivery time, so i chose carry-out instead. Carry out was quoted as "30-35 minutes" an hour ago. I'm still sitting here waiting for it...

Maybe I hit it at the wrong time. Half the lights off, chairs up on tables, two hours from closing. Did was ok, but not NY pizza. Truth be told though, haven't found anything on Columbus that remotely resembles NYC pizza.

Really, really, really good "New York" pizza!! Just like what I grew up with on Long Island. Don't pass this place by...go in and enjoy!

Delicious food and friendly staff

Wasn't anything like New York style that I could tell. Still the same old central Ohio type crust that everyone and their brother uses. I ordered the Big Slice, which is 1/4 of one of their pizzas already made up. As it cools, the crust gets harder to chew. I couldn't finish it because I got tired of chewing. Even a knife had trouble cutting it into bite size chunks.

The food was amazing! Fresh pizza made right in front of you. The owner is very nice as well along with her sister in law. Even my daughter loved it. Will definitely be back for more!!

If you're out East, you.must try this pizza place. Delicious! If more than two people are eating I'd reccomend getting two extra large pizzas!!

This place has the best pizza! I love their style of pizza, the pepperoni pinwheels and their cannolis. I'd give them 5 stars, but the cook on my pizza has been overdone a handful of times. Beyond that though, I'm a huge fan of place

Great experience, food was great, customer service was amazing and it didn’t take long for the food to come out.

This time was not that good at all, crust was too thick, all teenagers working in the place, salad was full of brown pieces, meatballs were cold and gristley, so disappointed, I don’t think I will be back

Grew up in Jersey. Best NYC pizza around. Only one I've found. Drive 40 minutes round trip just to get it!

We have had several experiences with the P. O. S's that work here. We first ordered carry out and then din-in. The first time we had carry out, they told us 20 30 minute and we got there 5 minutes early and still waited for an additional 37 minutes until finally we got our order and it was so burnt in was unbeatable. And we order the second time as din-in and waited 20 minutes for our drinks and a whole hour before getting our food.... I'm not coming back

If you love New York style pizza you have to try this place.We have been there many times . Don't have any place like it in Lancaster.

I have been wanting to try this place for the past few months and finally got around to it. The dining area is spacious, but nothing glamorous. We ate in, and it was hot. The pizza oven keeps it nice and toasty inside. Server was nice, but it seemed like they werent really expecting customers. I really liked the pizza and cheesy bread sticks.

Being from NY, me and my wife agree this pizza is amazing. Definitely recommend it

Not sure why the down fall over the past year...Just ordered our last pie from here. Noticed quality, flavor, skimping on ingredients and service over the past year has continuously went from bad to worse. What was once the best pie in town is now at the bottom of the list...From what I am seeing in recent reviews others are seeing the same...How sad!

Love the taste of the pizza and love their chocolate cake too!!! Could speed up n improve the service a bit though and wish they stayed open later, but that’s really the only downfall I could find, still I’d say 5 stars overall!! Just that delicious!!!

This pizza is fantastic! The size is actually a large pizza, and one will feed two people with plenty of left overs. Toppings are abundant, and tasty! Will definitely be going back!

Used to be good. I don’t know what happened but we ordered a cheese pizza last night and it had absolutely no flavor at all. Everything was bland. We didn’t even finish it. I do not plan on coming back.

Kids working here. They gladly gave me burnt crust pizza. Not a good 1st experience.

Great pizza and calzons

This is one of my favorite places to get a pizza around central Ohio. It might be more expensive than the chain stores around, but you can't beat the quality of this place. I've been going here for years and will continue to go here when I want some good pizza!

Just ordered this from Pizzera New York here in Pickerington, Supposed to be WELL DONE, guess i expected to much after an hour and half wait for delivery. the place is litteraly 3 miles away from me. guess I wont be ordering nor going there again, cant even follow siple instructions, had to tell the girl that took my order three times that i only wanted a 14" pizza also.

The pizza was good but the New York style pizza isn't for me.

We waited 2 hours for pizza to be delivered. It was a $50 dollar order. The box was smashed on both pizzas. The cheese and toppings were stuck to the box, so we had to complain and asked for them to deliver 2 more pizzas. The owner delivered the new pizzas and complained to us that we were out of the delivery area, not to mention were 3 miles down the road. We still were charged full price. Today I decided to call their new location which iv ordered a few times in the past. After waiting an hour and 45 minutes for the pizza ,the owner called and refused to deliver our food. She lied and said she sent the driver home. That's fine I know a lot of people that USED to eat her mediocre New York style pizza. I suggest to the owner of this establishment to research some online customer service classes. #neveragain 👎

Stromboli did not have much flavor crust was to thick, raw dough inside. Our pizza had a thicker crust as well. Did things change?

If you like New York style pizza, this is the place for you! My family visited on a somewhat slow night and kind of late, but the service was prompt and our pizza was fresh and hot. This is probably one of the most authentic New York style pizzerias in the Columbus area.

Overall the pizza has been pretty good here. It is also one of the few places to get NY style pizza in the area. Every time I have come here the service has been great and there was never a crowd. Since it is in a strip mall finding a parking spot is no problem.

It's about time I come back for that fat slice! Use to roll em up and dip it in ranch

OMG AWESOME PIZZA!!! This is my first time eating this YUMMY Pizza but it won't the last time by a long shot!! Staff was friendly too!! Best pie in Pickerington!!
